As soon as your order is shipped we will inform you via email. We apologize for the inconvenience. Also, Collect in Store service is currently not available.

INFORMATION REGARDING BREXIT

Do I need to pay more for shipping?

No, shipping costs will remain the same. We will still offer free delivery on all orders over £50.

What delivery methods will be used?

Due to the current circumstances, Collect in Store and Express delivery are not available. Standard delivery method is available and orders will be shipped by GLS/ParcelForce.

COLLECT IN STORE

You can now pick up your Tommy.com order in selected Tommy stores by choosing 'Collect in Store' at the checkout. Delivery is FREE and there is no minimum spend. Your order will be sent via our standard delivery and will arrive in store in 2-3 working days. You will receive a 'ready for collection' email from Tommy Hilfiger confirming when your order is in store and ready to collect. You'll have 14 days to collect your item from the date you receive this email. Please bring this email and a valid form of photo identification when you come to pick up it up. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1. BUY ONLINE

Shop online as usual; select "Collect In Store” when you checkout.

2. SELECT A STORE

You'll be directed to our Store Directory to choose a participating store.

3. GET YOUR NOTIFICATION

We'll email you when you can collect your order (usually 2-3 working days). You'll have 30 days to collect it. 

4. GO GET IT!

Head to your selected store with your order number and photo ID. Opening hours and participating stores can be found here.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

RETURN VIA POST

Place the item(s) you would like to return in the shipping box. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will assist you.

If the parcel was delivered with GLS / Parcelforce, please drop it off at your nearest postal office. In case the parcel was delivered with UPS, please deposit your return in a UPS Access Point or check UPS.com to arrange a home pick up at your convenience.

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

* Please note that that in case of hard Brexit the delivery timeframe might change. Please also note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official)holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible. We cannot change your order (product, size, colour, address) once it has been shipped. Gift cards, fragrances and orders paid with Paypal express are excluded from express delivery.

We offer you the option to register and sign up for a Tommy Hilfiger online account. A Tommy Hilfiger account grants you the access to extra services.

- You will have access to the details of your order(s) whenever you need them. 

- A convenient place to track and trace for all of your order(s).

All prices indicated are GBP amounts and include value added tax. Orders and deliveries are possible only within the United Kingdom. Promotion codes are only valid for purchases on tommy.com, usually for single use only, unless stated differently.

For the promotion code to be applied successfully, the total order amount must exceed the value of the promotion code. 

Promotion codes are non-refundable nor replaceable in case of (full or partial) returns of an order.

Online, when you purchase an item via one of our websites or if available, via one of the digital screens in our stores, we collect your name and your company name (in case you are a small business), full postal and/or separate billing address, e-mail address, ordered and returned items, delivery information, invoice information and other data relating to fulfilling your order. We will also collect data on the usage of your vouchers (e.g., validity and amount) or gift cards. Furthermore, we collect data you choose to provide us with additional fields, such as your date of birth and telephone number. 

In our store, depending on whether you are a consumer, we collect your name, address and other relevant personal details if this is needed to comply by local fiscal and legal requirements. We may need this information to be able to provide you with a refund or a fiscal receipt (VAT receipt). This data is collected via our point of sale terminal in the store.

We also collect data to answer your queries on the phone, via post, via email or online via a chatbot or online form. In such case we will only ask you to provide the data necessary to handle your request (to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or comply with a legal obligation). For example, if you contact us regarding item return, we may ask you for purchase date and location, or information about your decision to return.
